The infamous “Hunger Games” take place every year in Panem. The cruel tradition reminds the suffering population of the brutal suppression of an uprising by the wealthy Capitol. Each district Panem must provide two children for the deadly competition. This time, Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) are among the participants who fight for their survival. In doing so, they trigger unforeseen events.
20:15, ZDF, Marie Brand and the Women of Honour, crime thriller
The engineer Claudio Messina (Sami Loris) dies on a construction site. Marie Brand (Mariele Millowitsch) quickly discovers evidence that points to a murder disguised as an accident. The behavior of the foreman Giuseppe Costa (Nicola Perot) raises the suspicion that illegal workers are being employed in the company. When it turns out that the dead man’s police file is secret, the case becomes even more mysterious. Was Claudio Messina part of a witness protection program or even a member of the mafia?

This time, ProSieben with Janin Ullmann, Viviane Geppert, Axel Stein, Paul Janke, Matthias Opdenhövel and Jan Delay will compete against Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf. If the broadcaster wins, Joko and Klaas will have to be at their employer’s complete disposal. But if the two presenters triumph, ProSieben will give them 15 minutes of prime time the next day and Joko and Klaas can choose their broadcast time as they wish.

In the Harz Mountains, shots shatter the silence and a short time later, the pretty shooting queen Vanessa (Anna Drexler) from St. Andreasberg is found dead in the forest. It is the first murder case for Frank Koops (Aljoscha Stadelmann). The somewhat clumsy detective investigates together with the passing LKA officer Miriam Nohe (Julia Koschitz), who turns his head. But thanks to his knowledge of human nature, Koops keeps track of this complex case.
