After a robbery on a cash-in-transit truck in which eight million euros were stolen, the driver who was allegedly robbed, Omar Abdallah (Karim Ben Mansur), suddenly disappeared. After he got caught by the investigators in Brazil, he went to jail in Hamburg. Omar receives a lot of visits there: from his girlfriend Chantal (Sina Tkotsch), his estranged wife Malaika (Sabrina Amali), his mother Haifa (Inaam Al Battat), his lawyer Alice König (Anja Kling) and from the police. Everyone wants to know what became of the loot, because when Omar was arrested, only 200,000 euros of the stolen money was seized.

He accompanies a patient who is losing weight with the injection and he places himself in the MRI. How does his own body react to a week of extra sweets and junk food?
