Preview: The series finale of "Pastewka" is coming in February

As soon as the third season of "Babylon Berlin" and "Star Trek: Picard" premiered, further series highlights follow. February brings the Grimme Prize 2019 series "Bad Banks" back to free TV. Hollywood icon Al Pacino (79, "Scarface") also became a series star. For this it is time to say goodbye to "Pastewka". What other highlights are there?

The tenth and final season "Pastweka" with Bastian Pastewka (47) will be available from February 7th. The title hero returns from Africa completely changed. He is at peace with himself and the world. Bastian and Anne (Sonsee Neu) have become really good friends and are looking forward to a new beginning in Cologne. Volker (Dietrich Hollinderbäumer) and Hagen (Matthias Matschke) renovate the house, Svenja (Bettina Lamprecht) has made the Bruck organic farm a success, and Kim (Cristina do Rego) and Regine (Sabine Vitua) have their own plans. Everything seems to be fine until Anne comes around the corner with a surprise.

Also from February 7, the third season of "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" will be available in the German dubbed version. In the new episodes, Midge (Rachel Brosnahan, 29) and Susie (Alex Borstein, 48) discover that everyday life on tour with Shy (Leroy McClain) can be glamorous but also humiliating. You will learn a lesson about show business that you will not soon forget.

From February 21, it goes into the past with Oscar winner and Hollywood icon Al Pacino alias Meyer Offerman. "Hunters" takes place in New York in 1977. A diverse group of Nazi hunters, the so-called "Hunters", have discovered that hundreds of formerly high-ranking Nazi officials live in their company and conspire to establish a Fourth Reich in the United States. The hunter team embarks on a bloody mission to hold the conspirators accountable and thwart their renewed genocide plans.

The new episodes of the award-winning German series "Bad Banks" embark on a daring journey into the world of high finance, which is facing a major upheaval after the crisis more than ever. New players are stirring up the traditional system, and the game of power, manipulation and personal ambition continues. It's all or nothing for the protagonists. A battle of the generations – but who will determine the future of the system? Season two can be seen on ZDF from February 8, 9:45 p.m. and in the ZDF media library from January 31.

From February 7, the coming of age mystery series "Locke & Key", the adaptation of the comics by Joe Hill and Gabriel RodrĂ­guez, will be available. After her father was murdered under mysterious circumstances, the three siblings of the Locke family and her mother move into their ancestors' house, which is full of magical keys that could be related to the father's death. The siblings try out the different keys and their unique powers and thereby awaken a malicious demon, who persecutes them from now on.

The story of Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo (Diego Luna, 40) continues in the second season of "Narcos: Mexico" from February 13th. He is now the godfather of the first Mexican cartel and is trying to stay in charge, expand his empire and offset the effects of the fraud and victims he used to fight his way up to "El Padrino". As tensions between the various "plazas" of his cartel increase, he loses control.

Weekly episodes of Season 5 "Better Call Saul" will be available weekly from February 24th. The "Breaking Bad" spin-off with Bob Odenkirk (57) in the leading role approaches the home straight. After season six, the series is expected to end in 2021.

From February 5, "Outlander" fans can stream season four with Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan). From February 26, high school, family drama, sexuality and supernatural powers make life difficult for a 15-year-old girl in the new series "I Am Not Okay with this".

The lesbian impro-comedy star Abby McEnany is the focus of the comedy series "Work in Progress". They relentlessly address their own fears and neuroses and target the queer community just as much as the supposedly "normal" society around them. From February 18, the eight episodes will be shown on Tuesdays at 8:15 p.m. in double episodes on Sky Atlantic as well as on demand and available with the streaming service Sky Ticket.

Jude Law (47), as the eccentric Pope Pius XIII. in the Sky Original "The Young Pope" the Vatican upside down. Now he is in a coma and the sequel "The New Pope" is all about the British aristocrat Sir John Brannox (John Malkovich, 66), who is being established by the Secretary of the Vatican as a new pontiff. But does he manage to outshine Pius' charisma? From February 20, the nine episodes will be shown on Thursdays at 8:15 p.m. in double episodes on Sky Atlantic as well as on demand and with the streaming service Sky Ticket.

From February 24, the zombies will report back to Fox (as well as on demand and with the streaming service Sky Ticket) every Monday at 9pm with part two of the tenth season of "The Walking Dead" from the winter break. Nothing has been the same since Daryl's (Norman Reedus) group entered the Whisperer area without permission. The fear of the unscrupulous leader Alpha (Samantha Morton) is omnipresent.
