In the “Usedom crime thriller” (Das Erste), tragedy occurs while a transporter carrying refugees is traveling. On “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” (RTL), celebrities play for a good cause and a new season with the “Bergrettern” starts on ZDF.

8:15 p.m., The First, The Usedom Crime: Birth of the Dragon Woman, Crime

While Karin Lossow (Katrin Sass) is on Usedom is inspecting the construction site of their future home, eight refugees from Afghanistan and Syria are waiting at the Belarusian-Polish border to be transported further by a group of smugglers. Among them are Ahmad Bashmani (Yasin El Harrouk) and his young daughter Amira (Valtina Simogy). The refugees are brought into a van that sets off towards the west. At the wheel is the completely tired Grzegorz Kuchar (Andrzej Konopka). Although little Amira is suffering from severe stomach pain, the smuggler doesn’t want to stop the car to get help. And so the girl is dead when the transporter arrives in Usedom the next morning.

8:15 p.m., RTL, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? – Celebrity special, quiz show

This is probably their last appearance together on a TV show: Despite their separation, Amira and Oliver Pocher are appearing as a team in this year’s “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Celebrity Special” to win the million for a good cause from Günther Jauch. The show was recorded in mid-October when the two were still on friendly terms. Also there are Sasha, Reiner Calmund and Torsten Sträter.

8:15 p.m., ZDF, The Mountain Rescuers: Under Suspicion, home series

After an emergency call, the mountain rescuers discover the injured and disoriented mountain guide Max Horvath (Yasmani Stambader) on a rocky plateau. There is no trace of his companion Sebastian NEUENRER (Sven Gerhardt). Horvath can’t remember what happened on the mountain tour. Mountain rescue and police work closely together. Markus meets the new district inspector Alexandra Winkler (Viktoria Ngotsé) – the woman in front of whom he embarrassed himself to the bone that morning.

Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) and Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) are actually enemies, but over time the Secret Service agent and the ex-elite soldier have grown together into something of a team. When the genetically enhanced terrorist Brixton (Idris Elba) appears on the scene, Hobbs and Shaw must once again put their differences aside and take up the fight against their common adversary. Will they be able to stop super soldier Brixton?
