“The Voice of Germany” (VOX) starts with Sarah Connor and Johannes Oerding as new jurors. In “Nord bei Nordwest” (ZDF), Hauke Jacobs has to cope with the death of a colleague. At Tele 5, the “Texas Rangers” bring order to the Wild West.

Season 11 has two new coaches: soul singer and songwriter Sarah Connor and singer and songwriter Johannes Oerding. TVOG veterans Mark Forster and Nico Santos sit by their side on the famous red swivel chairs. The show is moderated by Lena Gercke and Thore Schölermann.
8:15 p.m., Das Erste, Nord bei Nordwest: On our own behalf, crime thriller
After a red-haired woman was found lifeless in the sea, Commissioner Lona Vogt (Henny Reents) came across the murderer in the dead man’s apartment. She is killed in a desperate battle. A shock for all of Schwanitz, especially for Hauke (Hinnerk Schönemann), the veterinary assistant Jule (Marleen Lohse) and Lona’s father (Peter Prager). Commissioner Sarah Winter (Anja Schneider) from Kiel joins the investigation. She suspects that the dead woman on the beach and Lona are victims of a serial killer she has been trying to track down for years.
8:15 p.m., ZDF, My friend, disgust: Latin retired, comedy series
Despite the ban, Hintz (Dieter Hallervorden) and the Kuntzes stay in Jacqueline’s apartment. Where else should they go? But from now on the motto is: don’t attract attention. Not exactly one of Hintz’s strengths. What begins as a harmless conversation with his insurance company ends with bad news for Hintz: According to the report, he caused the apartment fire himself through gross negligence, so his insurance cover is no longer applicable. And: He has to pay for the costs.

Texas in the late 19th century: The civil war is over, but in the south of the country, near the border with Mexico, things are simmering. Captain McNelly (Dylan McDermott) and his Texas Rangers move out to defend their homeland against the outlawed bandits.

On his eleventh birthday, the orphan boy Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) learns that he – like his parents – is a wizard and begins his training at the famous Hogwarts School of Magic. There he befriends Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and with them comes on the trail of a secret. Somebody seems to be trying to steal something that is guarded by a three-headed monster behind a secret door. Since nobody wants to believe them, they have to find out for themselves.
