Karla (Iris Berben), a strong, sensual and experienced woman, learns that she is terminally ill with cancer. She only has a few months left. After a wild life as a photographer of music bands, full of touring, joints and rock ‘n’ roll, the woman in her mid-sixties has no desire for sentimentality. She wants to be left alone with her fate and plans a dignified exit. She refuses the help of voluntary euthanasia assistant Fred (Godehard Giese), a single-parent traffic planner who always means well. But Fred’s son Phil (Claude Heinrich), a shy teenager with a great sense of poetry, manages to get in touch with the terminally ill artist.

A journey through 15 years of “Let’s Dance”! The special looks at the past seasons of Germany’s most beautiful dance show – and what Germany was also busy with in the respective year. Of course it starts in 2006 – the year “Let’s Dance” was born – and the year in which Germany experienced its football summer fairy tale. Pure retro feeling! In addition, it is revealed who Joachim Llambi’s favorite candidate of all seasons is.

Futuristic sci-fi adventure from star director Steven Spielberg: Wade Watts (Tye Sheridan) regularly takes refuge in the online simulation game OASIS. When its creator James Halliday (Mark Rylance) dies, it is revealed that he has hidden a so-called “Easter Egg” in the game. Whoever finds it first gets Halliday’s fortune and control of OASIS. Wade enthusiastically takes part in the search, but soon has to face unexpected dangers – in the game and in reality.

8:15 p.m., ZDF, The Old One: The Last Chance, crime series

Murder in a beer garden idyll: The waiter Bert Wilmer (Stefan Wilkening) is killed in front of the entrance to the “Isar Garden”. He has been part of the team since the restaurant opened four years ago. The company is now on the verge of bankruptcy. The beer garden is in the red, and although it is not to be sold, there is a persistent interest. In the course of the first questioning, Caspar Bergmann (Thomas Heinze) and Annabell Lorenz (Stephanie Stumph) learn from owner Marie Kolbe (Katja Studt) that Leon Moslechner (Florian Odendahl), who owns several restaurants in Munich, wanted to buy the beer garden.

More and more ghosts are being sighted in New York. For paranormal expert Abby (Melissa McCarthy) and her technological all-purpose weapon Jillian (Kate McKinnon), this is a great opportunity to show the world they’re no weirdos.
