The supposed child of a diplomat, Jenny Körber (Isabel Thierauch), is found dead. Caspar Bergmann (Thomas Heinze) and his team find out that Jenny comes from the lower class of society. She had lied to her fiancé. The investigators uncover a web of lies that spans the deceived fiancé, a jealous ex-boyfriend and other envious people.
8:15 p.m., Das Erste, practice with a sea view: secrets, tragicomedy
When it comes to her own health, Nora Kaminski (Tanja Wedhorn) doesn’t listen to medical advice. Without paying attention to the alarm signals from body and soul, the practice owner and emergency doctor throws herself into work. However, Nora’s thoughts wander and unusual lapses can hardly be covered up. When a patient collapses after an examination, Nora looks for the cause: Did she miss something? While Saskia Menke (Dana Golombek) is deteriorating dramatically in the intensive care unit, Doctor Heckmann (Patrick Heyn) cannot find an explanation for the unusual heart attack symptoms.

In the dystopian world of the future, the weather on Earth is controlled by satellites. When a malfunction leads to the need to turn it off, threatening a storm that will mean the end of the world, everything depends on Jake (Gerard Butler). Together with his team, he has to find a way to bring the satellites back under control. However, the question soon arises: who actually controls whom here?

Shortly before a court date, the lawyer Nora Lindlar (Judith Neumann) disappears without a trace and is reported missing by her husband and law firm partner Konstantin Lindlar. Radek (Hans-Werner Meyer) and his team initially suspect that Nora was overwhelmed by the custody battle of the formerly alcoholic Elin Wolff. Former paralegal Markus Bernard (Jakob D’Aprile) admits that Nora fired him.
