For the young nun Charlotte (For Kristin Suckow, life at the monastery is not a restriction, but a liberation from her previous life in the fast lane. When the boastful advertising professional Conrad (David Rott) ends up in her monastery on a business trip, she feels her decision has been confirmed. However, Abbess Katharina (Anja Karmanski) as well as the storm-hardened Sister Hedi (Christine Schorn) see the uninvited guest as a gift from heaven. His marketing skills could help to get the monastery out of the red and thus avert an impending sale.

20:15, ZDF, The Old Man: People always die, crime series

The impending bankruptcy of his funeral parlor has caused Ben Nollinger a lot of trouble. Now he is dead. Bergmann (Thomas Heinze) takes on the prospective buyer, who was playing dirty tricks. For Nollinger’s competitor Robin Kern (Grégoire Gros) and his lawyer, the deal was about nothing less than their existence. At the same time, the funeral parlor’s employees were against the sale – because they would certainly have been unemployed.

Henry Brogan (Will Smith) works as a contract killer. However, something goes wrong on his last job and he suddenly becomes the target of his former boss. But that’s not all: his new opponent always seems to be one step ahead of him. Only when Brogan discovers who is trying to get him does it all make sense: he is fighting against a cloned, younger version of himself.

The young, ambitious police officer Johanna (Marlene Hauser) has just finished her training when she falls off a cliff during her first police operation in a quarry. Her colleagues claim that it was a terrible accident – Johanna simply fell because it was dark. But her colleague and friend Stani (Leonard Stirsky Hädler), who works for the Czech police, cannot believe this. The drug dealer who managed to escape from police custody on the evening in question was also found lifeless a few days after Johanna’s death. This cannot be a coincidence.

9:15 p.m., ZDF, Last Trace Berlin: Fallen Angels, crime series

Clara (Hannah Schiller) is happy that her father Günther Machmann (Ulrich Tukur) is coming back early from a business trip. However, when he tries to wake her up with breakfast, her room is empty. While Machmann has no explanation, his assistant Jan Kurz (Alexander Khuon) believes that Clara’s friend Ahmadu (Charles Henri Junior Sehba) and the digital artist Kim (Maja Bons) are involved in her disappearance. The three of them had successfully hacked into a company website as “Digital Angels”.
