Prince Akeem (Eddie Murphy) will soon take the throne of Zamunda. When his father is dying, he receives unexpected news: Akeem is said to have a son of his own who lives in New York. Without further ado, he sets off for America to get to know his descendant and the future king of Zamunda. But not only does his offspring Lavelle (Jermaine Fowler) await him there, but also a huge adventure.

A suitcase containing a body is recovered from a scavenging field off Sylt. The young woman drowned just a few hours earlier. However, not in the North Sea, but in a bathtub. Carl Sievers (Peter Heinrich Brix), Ina Behrendsen (Julia Brendler) and Hinnerk Feldmann (Oliver Wnuk) take up the investigation. “Death in a Bathtub” reminds Ina of a case in which an escort lady was drowned in a bathtub. The suspect Philipp Vandamm (Henning Baum) got away unpunished due to a lack of evidence.
