Anja (Anja Schneider) and Michael (Devid Striesow) have just rented a smaller apartment in Munich after their children moved out. Surprisingly, her adult son Niklas (Max Schimmelpfennig) is at the door again. Actually only temporarily, because Niklas is supposed to prepare for his exam. But he brings his entire inventory with him from the shared apartment, which is now blocking Anja’s and Michael’s new apartment. And that’s not all – friend Alina (Anouk Elias) soon asks for shelter because she fell out with her parents after a mindfulness workshop.

Seven years after the disappearance of the adventurer Lord Richard Croft (Dominic West), his daughter Lara (Alicia Vikander) goes in search of him. She leads Lara to the last known whereabouts of her father, a lonely island off the Japanese coast. It soon turns out that Lara has been lured into a trap. A bitter struggle for survival begins, which Lara can only win if she shows as much brains and fighting spirit as her father.

On the seabed off Usedom there are still tons of ammunition from the Second World War, washed up on the beach in the form of dangerous phosphorus. The shy ten-year-old Ada Harms (Anaïs Sterneckert) is always looking for little treasures nearby. Karin Lossow (Katrin Sass) knows about it and to protect Ada, she regularly searches the beach for phosphorus clumps herself. When a female corpse washes up in the sand near Heringsdorf, Commissioner Ellen Norgaard (Rikke Lylloff) is extremely worried.

In Verl, the former truck salesman Stefan Kranz has fulfilled his long-standing dream of having his own restaurant with the “Op de Limeke”. But the dream quickly turns out to be a nightmare. The guests stay away and frozen foods dominate the menu. Star chef Frank Rosin immediately recognizes: The trained businessman Stefan is totally overwhelmed in the role of chef and cook. Can Rosin still save the business?

Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy) is a harmless average guy who is betrayed by his girlfriend and bullied by his boss. One day he meets the beautiful Fox (Angelina Jolie), who turns his life completely upside down: because she claims that his father, who has been missing since he was born, is a contract killer who himself recently fell victim to a murder plot. Now Wesley is supposed to take revenge on his father’s murderer and is also encouraged by his father’s partner to follow in his father’s footsteps. Fox becomes his teacher and trains Wesley for a brotherhood of hit men.
