Early morning, near Flensburg: A farmer finds an overturned car with a dead man under a bridge. At first everything looks like an accident. But then evidence shows that the victim, Björn Hinrichs (Tom Jester), was killed before the accident. Hinrichs was the manager of an apartment building and had a dispute with one of the tenants: Henning Riedel, who has a previous conviction for bodily harm and is considered violent. Jana Winter (Natalia Wörner) investigates.

8:15 p.m., The First, Emergency – Governing at the Limit, documentary

When the new federal government was sworn in in December 2021, no one could have imagined the challenges it would soon have to face. The war in Europe changes everything. The traffic light around Olaf Scholz, Robert Habeck, Annalena Baerbock and Christian Lindner have had to make decisions of enormous importance since then. Stephan Lamby’s documentary looks behind the scenes of the government.

To the outside world, John (Brad Pitt) and Jane Smith (Angelina Jolie) are a normal suburban couple with an ordinary and boring life. But both have a secret: they are the most dangerous contract killers in the world and work for rival organizations. One day when they confront each other, the whole truth slowly comes out. From now on, the two set their sights on each other.

100 candidates will be sent into the game to win 99,000 euros. The game show is looking for the greatest all-round talent: Whoever manages not to come last once in 98 game rounds can win 99 – 99,000 euros in the final duel game. The candidates master the path there with a mixture of skill, athleticism and cleverness.
