Although Susanne Mertens (Elisabeth Lanz) did not get the permanent position she had hoped for, she will work for the zoo as a freelance veterinarian in the future. The family hopes with her that the many costs incurred, including for the weekend house in need of renovation, can be managed. Susanne finally has to claim her outstanding debts because the bank is pressing. As she drives from farm to farm to remind us of outstanding bills, she meets Mike Redmann (Matthias Komm), the operator of an alpaca farm. The two are immediately sympathetic – no more, but also no less.

Why does a person become a murderer? How can great love turn into deadly hate? Sven Voss goes with investigators and profilers in search of traces of crimes related to relationships. In the case of homicides, the perpetrator often comes from the immediate vicinity of the victim: a former love affair escalates fatally. A loved one is dead and the family must realize: the killer lived by their side, he was one of them.
8:15 p.m., RTL, Raue – The Restaurant Rescuer, docu-soap
Today it takes Tim Raue to Vallendar. The “pleasure kitchen” is on the verge of bankruptcy, although the city is home to one of the best private universities in the country and thus offers strong conditions for a restaurant. But the shop of the sisters Anke and Eva is not running: the debts are piling up and there is no idea how a way out of the misery can look like. Tim and Katharina help on all levels – finances, cuisine, hygiene, furnishings.

The commissioners from K11 ask Flierl (Bernadette Heerwagen), Neuhauser (Marcus Mittermeier) and Schaller (Alexander Held) to take on their case. The convicted Lutz Werneck (Eckhard Preuss), who is suspected of a robbery and murder, is to be followed. The owner of a club, Patrizia Wolff (Ursula Gottwald), was shot, waitress Nike (Sinja Dieks) was unharmed. Flierl is brutally beaten during the operation – a shame for her and a nuisance for her boss Zangel (Christoph Süss), because the K11 withheld crucial information.
8:15 p.m., kabel eins, evolution, sci-fi joke
A meteorite falls to earth in the middle of the Arizona desert. The scientists dr. Ira Kane (David Duchovny) and Harry Block (Orlando Jones) discover that an alien life form landed on Earth with the rock. Before Ira and Harry can continue their research, the whole area is cordoned off by the military. The researchers only manage with difficulty to get back into the cave where the meteorite lies. This is now inhabited by a variety of ravenous alien creatures that are about to get to the surface.
