In “Where’s My Sister?” (ZDF) a woman disappears without a trace after her twin sister’s birthday party. A kidnapping case takes unexpected turns in the “crime scene” (MDR). Brad Pitt later fights zombies in “World War Z” (ZDF).

8:15 p.m., ZDF, where is my sister?, drama

After a birthday party with her twin sister Marie, Amelie (Kristin Suckow) never arrives home and disappears without a trace. Her friend Jonas (Max Hubacher) alerts the police. Chief Inspector Ingo Thiel (Heino Ferch) creates Soko Amelie. Days go by – without a trace. But then Marie notices that a conspicuous patchwork quilt is missing from the couple’s apartment. Thiel is certain: Jonas is hiding something. Does he have anything to do with his girlfriend’s disappearance?

8:15 p.m., MDR, crime scene: The cold house, thriller

A wife initially disappears without a trace from her house, which was obviously broken into. Traces of blood suggest the worst. Her husband Simon Fischer (Christian Bayer) called the police, but then left the house. Gorniak (Karin Hanczewski), Winkler (Cornelia Gröschel) and Schnabel (Martin Brambach) initiate a large-scale search for Kathrin Fischer. The desperate fisherman quickly finds himself in the focus of the investigation: the traces in the house were manipulated, apparently the break-in was faked – but the forensic technology found older blood residue.

8:15 p.m., The First, Our Seas, documentary series

The largest seal colony in the Baltic Sea is located on the Danish island of Anholt. The young animals get swimming lessons in the crystal clear water. Thanks to the extremely high-fat milk they are fed on, they grow quickly. After only four weeks they are abandoned by their mothers. Left to their own devices, they curiously explore the world. The rare Gotland grass snake lives on Sweden’s largest island. She hunts for fish in the sea. This is unique: no other reptile goes in search of food in the Baltic Sea. A behavior that has never been filmed.

One wins, 99 loses: In “99 – One beats them all!” 100 candidates are sent into the game to win 99,000 euros. The game show is looking for the greatest all-round talent: Whoever manages not to come last once in 98 rounds can win the prize money in the final duel. The candidates master the way there with a mixture of skill, sportiness and cleverness.

10:15 p.m., ProSieben, World War Z, action thriller

A global war is raging between humans and zombies. The cause is a pandemic erupted by an infection. In order to stop the monsters and stop the virus, ex-UN employee Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) must return to his old job and find out what caused the disaster. But time is against him.
