Price, technical sheet… Google’s Pixel Tablet is revealed before its official presentation

A price that remains affordable compared to the competition stamped Samsung or Apple. The 10th generation iPad, which represents Apple’s entry-level offering, starts at €589. Much more efficient, the Air and Pro models see their prices soar.

For its part, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 was launched at a price of €769 in the 128 GB version and at €819 in the 256 GB version. The Ultra model with its extraordinary dimensions starts at €1,219.

A balanced technical sheet

Google therefore intends to make it a more accessible product, without however falling into the first prices. The 9to5 Google site agrees with Roland Quandt, and specifies that it should be equipped with an LCD screen and a Tensor G2 chip (similar to the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro) coupled with 8 GB of RAM. A UWB chip as well as a button dedicated to confidentiality would also be in the game.

Two POGO-type pins should allow it to be attached to a docking station (sold separately), which will replace the Nest Hub and can charge it while acting as a speaker.

The site mentions availability from June, but it is not yet known if a wifi + 5G version is planned. There are only a few weeks left to wait to discover the Pixel Tablet from every angle.
