The Momentum Sport are headphones from Sennheiser intended for athletes. Promising comfort and flawless support, they include heart rate and body temperature sensors to best monitor your efforts during your sports sessions.
Highlights
Natural, rich and controlled sound signature.
Comfortable, impeccable support.
Complete app, comprehensive controls.
Many features.
Weak points
Sound reproduction slightly lacking in precision and detail.
Sensations of comfort which depend on body shapes (be careful of small ears).
Battery life a little tight.
Solid case.
With the Momentum Sport, Sennheiser manages to combine the sporting and musical worlds with headphones that are comfortable, securely held, sweat-resistant and obviously good for music. However, the overall services seem a little tight to us to justify such a price. We also remain perplexed about the usefulness of heart rate and temperature sensors, already present in many connected bracelets/watches.
NB: The reported price drop is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged by all merchants for the product last month, with security rules to exclude the prices of stores whose the VAT policy is not clear (so-called “gray” stores, typically in the case of imports from China).
Alternatively
The most ambitious headphones in Jabra’s Elite Active series, the Elite 8 Active are undoubtedly the most successful. With foolproof resistance, these true wireless ultra-sporty models prove that the brand continues to progress in terms of comfort and connectivity, while granting royal autonomy. Active noise reduction is unfortunately of questionable effectiveness.
