Prime Video: this new science fiction series is already dethroning The Rings of Power!

A few days after its arrival on Prime Video, the Peripherals series, the worlds of Flynne with Chloë Grace Moretz is at the top of the most viewed series on the platform.

After Miskina at the end of September, the turn of Peripherals, the worlds of Flynne to dethrone the Prime Video blockbuster, The Rings of Power. The series worn by Chloë Grace Moretz seems to have attracted the attention of a good number of subscribers.

It takes us to the near future, where technology has begun to subtly alter society. Flynne Fisher then discovers a connection with a very different reality, and the very dark destiny that awaits her… It is about cyborgs, the link between the present and the future and a mission to accomplish to save humanity. Everything is taken from the novel written by William Gibson in 2013 and produced by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, to whom we owe the very successful Westworld.

Peripherals, the worlds of Flynne is acclaimed by spectators as evidenced by its excellent rating on AlloCiné (4.1/5). On social networks, many people have been attracted by its cast – starting with Chloë Grace Moretz. Although she’s taken a bit of a break from the big screen, the former Kick-Ass star still has a huge following.

Subscribers were also drawn to the side Westworlder of this new series, even if the story and the ambitions are far from being the same. Peripheral, the worlds of Flynne wants to be more accessible than the first, by being less trashy and less violent, while addressing an audience of young adults. But its dystopian universe can still lose you a little bit…

Prime Video has currently only given access to the first two episodes and will put the others online on a weekly basis, in the same way as The Rings of Power.
