Prince Andrew: He eludes the US investigative authorities

The "Megxit" made it quiet about Prince Andrew (59) and his alleged connection to the Epstein scandal. But the US investigators are now again focusing on the son of Queen Elizabeth II. (93). According to US media reports, both the prosecutor and the FBI have tried to contact the British Royal through his lawyers. He is said to be interviewed in the abuse scandal surrounding the US millionaire Jeffrey Epstein (1953-2019). But no answer came back, he has "zero cooperation", US attorney Geoffrey Berman is quoted as saying.

He offered it

"He publicly offered to work with law enforcement agencies," said Berman on Monday (January 27) outside the former Epstein home in Manhattan. Prince Andrew had pledged his help in a catastrophic TV interview in November – if necessary. He also stated that he never saw or suspected anything suspicious. The interview caused horror worldwide, was rated as a PR disaster and Andrew then gave up his royal duties.

Jeffrey Epstein was accused of abusing several minors and forcing prostitution. He committed suicide in prison in August 2019. There are also allegations against Prince Andrew. Virginia Giuffre claims that she has been forced to have sex with Andrew three times. The Queen's son denies the allegations.
