Prince Harry, “a cad”: Roselyne Bachelot tackles a “badly brought up guy”

This Saturday, January 21, Roselyne Bachelot was the guest of ‘Quelle époque!’ on France 2 to talk about the release of his book. The former minister took the opportunity, in passing, to tackle Prince Harry’s book, whose sales are exploding.

It was a very bad timing to publish his book. Roselyne Bachelot, herself strongly criticized by Anny Duperey, released 682 days, published by Plon, during the same week as the memoirs of Prince Harry. Result ? His promotion and the release of his book have been somewhat pushed into the background in view of the global expectation of the prince’s autobiography. The incredible revelations of the son of Charles III have been a real selling point, and bookstores around the world have been full in recent days.

In her book, Emmanuel Macron’s former Minister of Culture talks about his ministerial stay but also the salaries of ministers, on which it also has a say. Roselyne Bachelot can however be reassured because his work is off to a good start, despite the cardboard Harry, which steals the show from all the other authors of the moment. This Friday, January 21, the former minister was just invited to the show What an era! orchestrated by Léa Salamé and Christophe Dechavanne. The opportunity for her to tackle, as she did for Benjamin Biolay, the prince and his memoirs, which definitely do not pass.

Roselyne Bachelot “I’m beaten by this boor Harry!”

It is therefore without taking tweezers that the former Minister of Culture spoke about Harry’s memoirs and their such success: “I’m beaten by that cad Harry! This guy is rudewe knew it but there…”, she said bitterly. In her book, which she incidentally subtitles “The Ball of the Hypocrites”Roselyne Bachelot does not hesitate to denounce and criticize many people. Which makes, among other things, that the book starts well as it relieves the curiosity of French women and men.

Christophe Dechavanneobviously very uninformed about the contents of Harry’s memoirs, made a remark on this subject: “Finally, he tells stories of c.. that you don’t tell”, he commented. The host is most certainly referring to the passage in which the prince confided in his first time at the back of the filled pub or the story of his first night of love with Meghan Markle. From there to summarize the autobiographer of the prince to “stories of c…”. Either way, the two didn’t hesitate to tackling the memoirs of prince Harry, who took for his rank. What an idea, too, to release his autobiography, which has been awaited for more than a year, the same week as Roselyne Bachelot’s book…
