A royal expert is convinced that Prince Harry should have prepared his wife, Duchess Meghan better for her life as a royal.
The British royal family’s Megxit disaster is believed to be largely the fault of Prince Harry, 36. A royal expert now says that he has not adequately prepared his wife, Duchess Meghan, 39, for her new life as part of the traditional “company” of the English royal family.

“Both of them are mainly to blame for not properly explaining life as a royal to her,” said Robert Jobson, author of Prince Philip’s Century, to the New York Post. “Harry isn’t exactly the brightest, but maybe he didn’t want to explain it to her either. It’s hard work being a member of the royal family. People think it’s not like that, but it is. It’s not glamorous and.. maybe that’s exactly what Meghan didn’t like. It’s up to you to do your own homework when you get married into a respectable family, “he says. Meghan has no excuse for not knowing how things are going in the palace before the wedding. Samantha Cohen, a member of Queen Elizabeth’s personal team, 95, was hired to stand by Meghan and help see the pros and cons of being a Duchess’ duties.
They don’t want to line up behind Kate and William
Understanding their place in the pecking order and the related agreement would have prevented the Sussexes from performing in Hollywood and making their own fortune. “When Meghan saw that she had the little house and William and Kate were the number one couple, she probably didn’t get it and thought, ‘Well we can do better and start commercializing the royal family.’ And that is honestly, not acceptable, “said Robert Jobson.
Better Hollywood millions than duties than royal
The couple, who now live in the Californian posh town of Montecito, have signed a Spotify contract worth 25 million US dollars – the equivalent of around 21 million euros – for the production of feel-good podcasts and signed a multi-year contract with Netflix. Jobson notes that the purpose of the royal family is to serve and help others. In contrast, the royal house is financed by the state. It’s not about helping yourself. “I really blame Harry for knowing the story. He knew what to expect.”
