Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry are honored with a climate award by the organization “Population Matters”.

Duchess Meghan (39) and Prince Harry (36) receive an award that recognizes their commitment to the climate. The non-profit organization “Population Matters” honors the “enlightened decision” of the former royal couple to have only two children. That reports the British newspaper “Daily Mail”.

This would “significantly” reduce the impact on the environment and the climate, it said. Meghan and Prince Harry would also be “role models for other families” in the UK. The award is to be given to them tomorrow, Sunday (July 11th).

It’s all about this

Population Matters is a UK based charity. It deals with population size and its impact on the environment. She is of the opinion that the unchecked growth of the world population has an immense negative impact on the environment and the climate.

Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry first indicated in a 2019 interview with the fashion magazine “Vogue” that they do not want to have more than two children. They have two-year-old son Archie together. They have also been the parents of their daughter Lilibet since May.
