Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan: their US bodyguards cost that

How much does the security of Prince Harry (35) and Duchess Meghan (38, "Suits") cost? Since the couple left the UK, there has been new speculation. The British daily "The Times" now reports that Queen Elizabeth II's (94) grandson and his family are protected by the private security firm Gavin de Becker and Associates. According to the report, clients of the company pay up to the equivalent of just over 7,800 euros a day for their security.

In the spring, Prince Harry and his wife moved with their son Archie (1) to the US metropolis of Los Angeles after they had given up their royal duties ("Megxit"). There they are said to have made themselves comfortable in the villa of producer, director and actor Tyler Perry (50, "Tyler Perry's Acrimony"), whose security team is now supposed to protect her. It is unclear whether they are currently participating in the costs of their protection.

Just a temporary solution?

The 35-year-old brother of Prince William (37) and Duchess Meghan have not yet hired a permanent security team, according to the newspaper's source. They allegedly only want to use the help temporarily.

On the company's website, Gavin de Becker and Associates prides itself on protecting "over 90 of the most prominent families and most vulnerable individuals".
