Prince Harry and Prince William
The brothers do not run side by side at the funeral service
Prince Harry and Prince William will give their grandfather, Prince Philip, the final escort – but not side by side.
On Saturday (April 17th) the world will look to Windsor. The members of the Royal Family bid farewell to Prince Philip (1921-2021), who died on the morning of April 9 at the age of 99. How the funeral service for the husband of Queen Elizabeth II (94) will take place has already been announced in advance. An interesting detail: Prince William (38) and Prince Harry (36) will apparently not run next to each other in the funeral procession to St. George’s Chapel.
This is said to have been determined by Queen Elizabeth II. It is true that the brothers will supposedly follow their grandfather’s coffin in the same row, between them there will be according to matching media reports however, her cousin Peter Phillips (43) run, the son of Princess Anne (70). Prince Philip’s household staff follow the members of the British royal family. Queen Elizabeth II will meanwhile drive to the chapel in the Bentley.
