Prince Harry has to do without an important employee: Heather Wong has looked for a new job.

Prince Harry, 36, currently has some construction sites in his life. Almost two weeks after the explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey, 67, it seems like the negative effects of it all are only now really picking up speed. Not only is the ultimate break with the UK royal family becoming more and more likely, a poll of the British says Harry and Meghan are more unpopular than ever. He also has to do without the support of a long-term employee.

Prince Harry: Heather Wong has a new job

As "Express" reports, Heather Wong no longer works for Harry. She was the assistant to Harry's private secretary from 2016 to early 2020. In this position, Heather Wong accompanied the Sussexes at official appointments and, for example, held Meghan's handbag and received bouquets and gifts. Wong was one of the few employees who still worked for Harry after the Megxit – albeit in a different capacity.

In April 2020, Heather Wong was appointed Managing Director of "Travalyst", a sustainable tourism initiative launched by Harry in 2019. But Wong gave up this job after less than a year. The US magazine Newsweek reports that the date of exit is February 2021. The reasons are not known. However, Wong's departure could have something to do with the ongoing corona crisis and the resulting problems in the tourism industry.
