Prince Harry in Buckingham: this hushed presence behind Elizabeth II that no one suspected

After being born in 1926, Queen Elizabeth II of England ascended the British throne in 1952. The monarch has ruled the United Kingdom for 70 years, the longest reign in British history. To celebrate this anniversary with dignity, the British royal family has planned many festivities for the Platinum Jubilee of Elizabeth IIwhich officially started on Thursday, June 2, 2022. An event that French viewers were able to follow in front of their televisions, given that several channels have chosen to modify their usual programming, to broadcast the English monarch’s Platinum Jubilee live that day.

During this first day of festivities, British citizens, who received exceptional leave for the occasionwere able to attend the traditional military parade, baptized Trooping the Color. On his side, Queen Elizabeth II of England was able to count on the presence of the entire royal family at Buckingham Palace, with the notable exception of Prince Andrew, who was not invited. Although they distanced themselves from the British royal family by moving to California with their children, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle traveled to the UK for the occasion. Although he was not invited to appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, the couple was present in the Royal Palace, as evidenced by the photos published by the British press.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have notably obtained the guarantee of being protected by the british police during all the festivities linked to the Monarch’s Jubilee.
