Now Prince Harry is also litigating the publisher, which Duchess Meghan is already suing. He is pursuing a libel conviction.

Prince Harry, 36, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Associated Newspapers, the editor of the Mail on Sunday. This is the newspaper against which his wife, Duchess Meghan (39), is conducting separate legal proceedings. According to "The Guardian", the documents were submitted to the Supreme Court on November 27th by the couple's legal team, Schillings. More details are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

The lawsuit allegedly relate to a story published in the Sunday newspaper in October alleging that Prince Harry failed to maintain contact with the Royal Marines after formally stepping down from his royal duties in March.

After stepping down from his role as Senior Royal in January to start a new and independent life in the United States with his wife and son Archie (1), Harry had also given up his honorary military degrees. His official roles have been put on hold.

Duchess Meghan is about a private letter

Duchess Meghan had also filed a lawsuit against the same publisher a year ago. In her case, there is an article in which "Mail on Sunday" and "Daily Mail" published excerpts from a handwritten letter from Meghan to her father Thomas Markle (76). Your trial was originally scheduled to start in January, but recently it was postponed to fall 2021.
