Prince Harry is in Great Britain for around 24 hours to support his father King Charles after his cancer diagnosis. Now it is known how luxurious the Duke of Sussex’s arrival was and where he is said to have stayed in London.

King Charles, 75, recently underwent prostate surgery. A few days later, on February 5, the palace announced that the monarch was suffering from cancer. “During recent hospital treatment for benign prostate enlargement, another problem of concern was identified. Subsequent diagnostic testing revealed a form of cancer,” an official statement said. Shortly afterwards, Prince Harry, 39, traveled to Great Britain to be with his father, despite the supposedly cold relationship with the Royal Family. Duchess Meghan, 42, stayed in Montecito, California, with their children Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2. The question arose as to where Prince William’s brother, 41, will live in London – this is now known.

Prince Harry is staying in the hotel again

As “Daily Mail” reports, after a short interlude with King Charles, Harry is said to have stayed in a luxury hotel in London – which one is not known. It was previously unclear whether the Duke of Sussex would possibly live in a royal residence. Now Harry has done what he did in September 2023: When he took part in the Well Child Awards ceremony in London, he also stayed in a hotel with his private security team.

Luxurious stay at the airport

“The Sun” claims to have learned that Harry rented a “secret” VIP suite at Heathrow Airport during his current visit. The aptly named Windsor Suite, which reportedly costs 1,600 British pounds an hour (the equivalent of around 1,870 euros), is often used by royals, stars and heads of state who want to fly under the radar at England’s busiest airport. Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, 42, are also said to have already booked the lounge, which is shielded from paparazzi.

As a guest of this exclusive lounge, travelers have access to a personal butler, chauffeur and a star chef. The suite features beautiful decor, including artwork by artists such as Andy Warhol, including a picture of Queen Elizabeth, †96, hanging on the wall. It is quite possible that the Duke of Sussex will also visit the luxurious lounge on his current return flight to the USA. On Wednesday afternoon, February 7th, Harry was spotted at London airport – he is already heading home.

Prince Harry and King Charles met

Prince Harry previously landed in London at midday on Tuesday, February 6th. He immediately drove to Clarence House and is said to have had a 45-minute meeting with Charles there. Shortly afterwards, the monarch went to Sandringham to continue his cancer treatments. On the way to the property in Norfolk, the Regent was spotted in the car with Queen Camilla, 76 – Charles smiled and waved to royal fans.

No longer a home in Britain

Prince Harry no longer has a home in his homeland. The 39-year-old had to vacate Frogmore Cottage, his former home in Great Britain, last year. The Sussexes finally moved out in June 2023. “We can confirm that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have left Frogmore Cottage,” Sir Michael Stevens, King Charles’ most senior financial adviser, said at the time, according to the Daily Mail.
