Prince Louis deprived of coronation? His behavior does not plead in his favor

While the entire British royal family should attend the coronation of King Charles III of England, scheduled for Saturday May 6, 2023, Prince Louis could be excluded from the ceremony because of his behavior.

Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 96 on Thursday September 8, 2023, his eldest son, Prince Charles, was proclaimed King of England the next daythus taking over from his late mother, who reigned over the United Kingdom for no less than 70 years, which constitutes a record in the history of the British monarchy. Destined to ascend the throne of England from birth, Prince Charles therefore had to wait until he is 73 to become Britain’s new rulerwhich also represents a record engraved in the annals of the monarchy of the United Kingdom.

Now reigning as Charles III, the father of Princes William and Harry will be officially crowned King of England on Saturday May 6, 2023, during a big ceremony planned in London. If the whole of the British royal family should attend this event, there are still some uncertainties about some members. Apart from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, whose relations with the rest of the Windsor clan have not been good since leaving the United Kingdom to move to California, Prince Louis is also unsure whether to attend the ceremony of his grandfather’s coronation, as revealed by the media Page Six.

Prince Louis: his presence at the coronation of King Charles III not yet recorded

Indeed, the younger son of Prince William and Kate Middleton could be removed from this event due to his behavior. As a reminder, Prince Louis has distinguished himself by his various antics at public events in the past across the Channel. For example, he had allowed himself to make funny faces in full view on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, during Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in June 2022. In detail, Prince Louis covered his ears and shouted during the Trooping the Color flypast. “The Prince and Princess of Wales will make a decision on Prince Louis’ attendance in due course“, said a spokesperson for Buckingham Palace on this subject.
