The almost 450,000 residents of the small state of Brunei on the island of Borneo will not soon forget this wedding: The ten-day wedding celebrations of Prince Mateen, 32, and his fiancée YM Dayang Anisha Rosnah binti Adam began on Sunday, January 7, 2024. A major event that the world and many noble representatives did not want to miss. Now the celebrations continue! On day four of the wedding marathon, the bride of Hassanal Bolkiah’s, 77, fourth son shows up in two dresses! At the Berbedak Mandi ceremony, the bride shines in all white and enchants in a long lace dress. Just a little later, her wedding dress designer shared another snapshot of Anisha in eye-catching red.

Prince Mateen’s bride: First lace veil, then traditional royal wedding robe

YM Dayang Anisha Rosnah binti Adam and Prince Mateen not only have a real marathon of appointments on their plate during their ten-day wedding celebrations, but they are also allowed to appear in all sorts of different outfits. Now, among other things, the designer who was already responsible for the brunette’s Khatam Quran look is giving two more looks at the bride’s new wedding looks. At the Berbedak Mandi ceremony, where Abdul Mateen and Anisha Rosnah binti Adam are bathed in blessings by their nearest and dearest, Prince Mateen’s fiancée appears in an elegant wedding dress with a long-sleeved bodice and matching skirt trimmed with delicate lace. Her head is adorned with a light veil that incorporates the lace appliqués of the dress. Delicate pearl earrings, chosen to match the brooch just above Anisha’s heart, complete the classic bridal look.

But that’s not enough! Shortly afterwards, Teh Firdaus shared a very private snapshot of the couple in her Instagram story. Seen: Both Anisha and Mateen wearing traditional outfits to celebrate the royal wedding ceremony. The new member of the noble family of Brunei enchants in a dress in rich red with gold decorations on the sleeves and collar. Instead of pearls, the bride wears large diamond earrings and a large dark red flower brooch pinned to her dress. The absolute eye-catcher is the opulent, traditional headdress that she wears with a radiance.

Her husband celebrates in similar colors. Appears for the celebrations at the Istana Nurul Iman, the residence and official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, also in red. The 32-year-old wears a whole series of medals and a matching sangkok with the two-piece suit with a diamond pattern, as well as a matching sangkok, a traditional hit in Southeast Asia. Black lace-up boots complete the groom’s attire.

The happy groom is beaming from ear to ear and can be seen in the traditional red wedding robe.
