Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, new game modes added and some improvements to the metroidvania

While The Rogue Prince of Persia will soon be available in Early Access on PC and that the development of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake was obviously started from scratch, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown continues his quiet little life. The developers ofUbisoft Montpellier have in fact planned various additions throughout the year, which were not initially planned. After updating Warrior’s Path in March, it is therefore another patch of free content which has just been released this Monday, Boss Attack. If like us you play on PS5, it won’t take up much storage space, weighing only 582.6 MB, although the changelog official mentions much more. A trailer has been posted online for the occasion, but do not watch it if you have not completed the adventure at the risk of being spoiler and this from the start.

To access these new features, simply go and talk to Artaban. On the one hand, it is possible to select Boss Revengeallowing you to fight the 8 bosses of the adventure again depending on the desired difficulty (Apprentice, Warrior, Hero, Immortal And No shot). The other, Boss Rush makes us first choose one of the latter before subsequently confronting all these enemies. The interface has been well thought out, as it provides access to menus for equipping amulets and Shards of Athrasaving us from going back and forth to theTREE Wak-Wak the closest. And on this subject, they can now be used as teleportersvery practical once the game is finished to explore more easily. However, you must purchase the improvement Roots of the Soma Tree against 200 Time Crystals near The Mage before you can use it.

In reward, two new appearances are up for grabs, the first inspired by the outfit of the prince of reboot from 2008 and the second which aims to be minimalist since Sargon is almost naked there. Below you will find the details of the changelog which we translated:
