Sverre Magnus of Norway celebrated his confirmation at the weekend. His family was at his side, as pictures on Instagram show.
Sverre Magnus of Norway (14) was confirmed last Saturday. On his solemn day in the church of Asker, the youngest son of Crown Prince Haakon (47) and Crown Princess Mette-Marit (47) was supported by his family. Due to the corona pandemic, each confirmand was only allowed to invite 16 guests. The Norwegian palace published pictures of the church ceremony as well as new family photos on Instagram.
In the pictures you can see Mette-Marit's son Marius Borg Høiby (23), her daughter Princess Ingrid Alexandra (16), her sister-in-law Princess Märtha Louise (48) and King Harald (83) and Queen Sonja (83). While the men all wear dark suits with ties, the women have chosen traditional Norwegian costume for the special occasion. According to the posting, the family concluded the celebrations with a private dinner in Skaugum.
