Prince Harry arrives for the coronation of King Charles III, but there may not be a happy reunion with his brother William.

Prince Harry (38) travels to the coronation of King Charles III. (74) and his wife, Queen Camilla (75), to London. However, there may not be a debate between Harry and his brother, Prince William, 40, as part of the celebrations on May 6th.

Clarifying discussion excluded?

The brothers’ relationship has been considered cold for a long time. “Things are tense,” said a palace insider told the US magazine “People”.. No talks have taken place between the two in preparation for Charles’ coronation. An anonymous source explained: “I don’t think the coronation and a big talk can be conflated.”

The palace recently confirmed that Harry will be attending the coronation celebrations but will not be flying his wife and children to the UK. Duchess Meghan (41), his daughter Lilibet (1) and his son Archie (3), who is celebrating his fourth birthday on the day of the coronation ceremony, are staying in the United States instead. The couple has lived there with their children since 2020.

There had previously been media reports that there would probably be no reconciliation between William and Harry as part of their father’s coronation. Since moving to California, Meghan and Harry have often criticized the royal family in several interviews, a Netflix documentary and in “Reserve”, the prince’s autobiography – and sometimes sharply. Since then, there seems to have been a great distance between Harry and William in particular.
