Prince William: Even royal kids can cause problems for parents

At the end of the day, Prince George (6), Princess Charlotte (5) and Prince Louis (2) are perfectly normal children, even if at least one or one of them is expected to be king or queen of the United Kingdom in many years. This has now been confirmed by Prince William (37), currently in second place in the British succession behind his father Prince Charles (71).

On Instagram, Prince William shared excerpts from a video call with the "Peek Project", which supports children and young people who are particularly in need – including food. The organization, based in the Scottish city of Glasgow, has provided around 123,000 meals since the start of the corona lockdown alone.

On the table of the royals

In the Instagram clip, Prince William joked about his children's eating habits with Duchess Kate (38). The chef knows for sure that problems can arise during dinner, says a cook of the project. The Royal replies: "But it depends on what comes on the table, Charlie." If the parents made sure that there was something to eat that the little ones loved, everything would go well – "but if you serve up something that they don't like, it's a very different matter …".

Among other things, William explains in the clip that he would like to visit the project staff at some point in the future once he is in Glasgow.
