Prince William and his younger brother Prince Harry may be at odds, but the children of the two royals don’t seem to care. Princess Charlotte in particular should still maintain regular contact with her cousins.
Even though Prince Harry, 37, and Duchess Meghan, 40, distanced themselves from the British royal family after they left the senior royal family and moved to the United States, the relationship between the British and his brother Prince William’s children, 39, seems untroubled .
Princess Charlotte keeps in touch with Archie and Lilibet
Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, are said to be “very fond of their uncle,” an insider tells US Weekly. The seven-year-old princess in particular delights Prince Harry and his family with small gifts.
“Charlotte sends loving gifts and cards to everyone in the family, and at least they call as a family to sing ‘Happy Birthday,'” the statement said. Even though Prince William is said not to be particularly fond of his younger brother at the moment, Charlotte still sees him as one of “her role models”.
Family reunion for the throne jubilee
Prince Harry moved to Montecito, California, with wife Meghan in the summer of 2020, where they are raising son Archie, 3, and daughter Lilibet, 11 months. It is not officially known whether and how often the 37-year-old has seen his nephews and niece since then. Most recently, the Sussexes – without their children – visited the Queen in April on their way to The Hague. It is unclear which other family members they met during their flying visit.

But soon the whole family will get together. Because Harry and Meghan will travel to the UK for the first time with their two children to attend the jubilee celebrations in London from June 2, 2022. Then the 96-year-old Queen and her great-granddaughter Lilibet will meet for the first time. And the cousins will finally see each other again.
“Harry and Meghan are doing what they can to make the world a better place, and it would feel wrong to deprive their children of the opportunity to meet their cousins,” the insider continued.
