Princess Diana revealed to investor Warren Buffett at a party not long before her death who she thinks is the "Sexiest Man Alive".
According to Warren Buffett (90), Princess Diana (1961-1997) was a big fan of a certain US president – at least in terms of looks. As the major investor revealed in a recently resurfaced interview with CNBC in 2012, he had the chance to exchange some private words with Lady Di "very shortly" before her death in 1997. The conversation therefore took place at a party organized by the Washington Post publisher Katherine Graham. "She was at the White House that day and she said Bill Clinton, 74, was the Sexiest Man Alive," said Buffett. However, he was careful not to ask further: "I didn't ask her who was the least sexiest man in the world. I was afraid that I would then come into play."
It wasn't the first time Buffett and Diana met at a party. In the interview, according to People.com, Warren describes another situation with Lady Di that must have happened before: "I was alone in a room with Princess Di during a party. Somehow we were together in this library. In For those 15 minutes I thought I couldn't do it anymore. I had trouble remembering my name, I didn't know what to say and it was a total disaster. "
