Princess Kate not only has style – but also humor. During a visit to a military base, a particular moment made her laugh.
Princess Kate (41) can wear anything: an orange life jacket also looks good on the wife of Prince William (41). The mother of three demonstrated this for the photographers present on Monday during a visit to the Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton – one of the two most important airfields for the British military. Just a few weeks ago, Kate was married by her father-in-law, King Charles III. (74) to Appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Fleet Air Arm.
Princess Kate’s stylish business look
In this role, she follows in the footsteps of Prince Andrew (63), who most recently held the office. She already has one thing ahead of her royal predecessor: when it comes to stylish appearances, Kate simply can’t beat anyone else in the Royal Family. During her visit to the military base in County Somerset, she wore a smart business outfit, which was later covered – with great pleasure – by the life jacket.
Kate’s outfit consisted of a black blazer with gold buttons from Holland Cooper. The 41-year-old also wore black trousers, a simple white top and black high heels with wide heels by Gianvito Rossi. Her new ’70s-style bangs and white drop earrings by Kiki McDonough completed the elegant business look.

During her visit, Kate not only showed off her good taste in clothing, but also her sense of humor. When she tried on the life jacket, she could hardly contain herself from laughing and made funny faces – did she copy that from her children?
Prince George (10), Princess Charlotte (8) and especially Prince Louis (5) are known for creating cheerful moments with their facial expressions during public appearances.
