Princess Victoria and Princess Mette-Marit mimic the double Lottchen

Two royals, one sense of fashion: Sweden’s Crown Princess Victoria, 44, and Norway’s Princess Mette-Marit, 48, appear in twin looks at the evening reception of the Norwegian Embassy. And shine in their blue robes in competition! While Mette-Marit wears a royal blue dress with ruffled sleeves and an integrated belt at the waist for the joint event as part of her trip to Sweden, Victoria presents herself in a matching mini-sleeved dress with ocean flair.

An accident? no way. The royal ladies have obviously taken a liking to the twin look and are savoring the wow moment several times. The day before, the crown princesses demonstrate their unity with a perfect partner look. Victoria enchants in a cream-colored dress with small square ornaments, her friend Mette-Marit in a floral dress from the same color family. That’s what we call a Perfect Match.

The Scandinavian royals also enjoy their twin look in cream.

Duchess Camilla gets a “Vogue” cover

Duchess Camilla, 74, is given an honor that Queen Elizabeth, 96, was only able to experience a few months earlier. Both will grace a “Vogue” cover in 2022. For the British monarch, it was a title in honor of her jubilee, while Duchess Camilla is said to be on the cover of a special issue this summer to mark her 75th birthday. The shooting is said to have taken place last week with a small group of editors and palace staff held to the strictest secrecy. It’s a grand gesture that will increase Camilla’s popularity and thus can be seen as a further step in introducing her as the future queen.

The cover is also seen as a endorsement of British Vogue Editor-in-Chief Edward Enninful, who last year took on the role of global ambassador for the Prince’s Trust, founded by Prince Charles in 1976. Edward Enninful thus maintains a good relationship with the Crown.
