Launched 5 years ago, the label Private Division allowed to Take-Two Interactive to vary your portfolio with more independent titles, like the newly announced one After Us which was unveiled at the Game Awards. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, Private Division has seen the big picture by unveiling a video announcing the creation of a fund for independent studios, and providing an update on the label and its upcoming projects. One of them has attracted more attention than the others, since it is an unexpected collaboration with Bloober Team.
Another horror game in the box for the studio
Decidedly, the Polish studio is on all fronts. In addition to the joint development of Layers of Fears and the highly anticipated remake of Silent Hill 2, Bloober Team is also preparing to launch a project in partnership with Private Division. It will once again be a survival-horror type game.which is not surprising for the studio.
Piotr Babieno, CEO of Bloober Team, says:
” Our next project is a survival-horror game that will help us become a leading studio in the horror game industry. I welcome this cooperation with Private Division with gratitude, for their openness to dialogue and the expertise they provide us with. We don’t see this as a typical publisher-developer relationship, but rather as a friend who would support and mentor us when we need it most. »
On the other hand, don’t expect this new game for years, 2025 at the earliest.. Until then, we have time to see how the studio is doing on Layers of Fears and Silent Hill 2 Remake.
