He has just confirmed a new collaboration with a rising studio, Bloober Team. The team behind The Medium and Observe, who is currently working on Layers of Fears and silent Hill 2, prepare in parallel a survival horror unpublished, which will not appear before 2025 at the earliest, and which will therefore be published by Private Division.

“Our next project is a survival-horror game that will help us become a flagship studio in the horror game sector,” said Piotr Babieno, CEO of Bloober Team. “I welcome this cooperation with Private Division with gratitude, for their openness to dialogue and the expertise they provide to us. We don’t see this as a typical publisher-developer relationship, but rather as a friend who would support and mentor us when we need it most. »

The announcement is made as part of the festivities of the 5 years of Private Divisionwhich celebrates its anniversary with a commemorative video. He takes the opportunity to formalize the launch of Private Division Development Funda support fund for small developers aimed at helping them finance or self-publish their productions: the title of Die Gute Fabrik will follow this path, just like others signed by Radical Forge (Bright Paw) and the new team of Lost Native.

“Since we announced the creation of Private Division five years ago, we’ve seen many promising game ideas come from smaller studios that didn’t quite fit our publishing policy,” said Blake Rochkind, head of business development at Private Division. “We knew that a one-size-fits-all approach wouldn’t fit everything in today’s world. We don’t like to say “no” to a great concept game just because of the size of the project. Hence the Private Division Development Fund, which allows us to identify and support some of the best ideas in the industry. »

Private Division will therefore rely more and more on the video game scene in the years to come! His hit of 2022 OlliOlli World is available from €12.90 on Amazon.co.uk.
