Malware demands access

As Bleeping Computer reports, the “Process Manager” could trick you or grant itself access. Once the malware has received the rights, the app works in the background and constantly displays the message “Process Manager is running”. This is quite unusual since malicious applications actually hide from you.
The malware collects all data that is on your smartphone or tablet. She is also able to write texts, take photos and record sound. The collected data is sent to the distributors of “Process Manager”. So far, everything indicates that they are operating from Russia.
The malicious software has also been observed downloading apps from Google Play Store. Including an app called “Roz Dhan: Earn Wallet cash”. This seems to be very popular as it has been downloaded 10,000,000 times. Experts are still undecided as to what this is all about. It could just be used to confuse security analysts.
Extensive protection
Take a good look at the apps you want to download. Checks the seriousness and the manufacturer. A high number of downloads is no longer an indicator of safe use.
