The video tells us more about Wato, an unlucky young student who unwittingly finds himself stuck in a somewhat confusing investigation group. Accompanied by 13 other much more experienced detectives, he will have to find who among this group of investigators is actually a killer.
And not just any killer, since it would be the Duke Quartered. A serial killer known to have murdered over a hundred people single-handedly, and plunged the entire country into chaos. The Detective Alliance, tasked with putting an end to his massacre, find themselves on the mysterious island of Morgue with the young Wato Hojo. Everyone will have to prove their innocence while Wato tries to unravel the true from the false.
