It’s teeming with exciting new products out there. But for which ones is it really worth hitting coal on the head? Our editors put five products through their paces and have fun every month. This time we tested, among other things, a very special soap, a bag and a snack for their suitability. Here are our results.

result: Some women don’t even know exactly what they look like underneath, and it’s not easy to sniff your own vulva either. The Berlin artist LekRek tackles both problems with her company “Lejlac”: Smelling her fragrant vulva soap is a pleasure and revealing. The washing piece in the form of an admittedly ideal-typical vulva is intended to bring the female sex to the people, where – in contrast to the phallus – it is largely unknown to this day. It wants to “empower people with vulvas to celebrate their bodies,” says LekRek. The handmade soap made from pure vegetable oil is kind to the skin and an eye-catcher in the bathroom.

Result: The picture frame hangs excellently and is an absolute delight for the eye. The product can be ordered with normal glass, plexi glass or UV protection glass, oversizes come with acrylic glass. You can choose from many different sizes for your own favorite pictures, posters or artworks. I ordered my frame in 29.7 x 42 cm and am always happy when I see the content displayed so beautifully. The craftsmanship of the traditional company from Germany is impressive and I am really very satisfied with my purchase.

Application: Energy level low? Then tear open the pack and enjoy the Energy Ball.
Result: Schmacko! KoRo Energy Balls are not only incredibly tasty, they are also healthy. I especially like Salted Pistachio. The Energy Ball is filled with creamy pistachio mousse and refined with a pinch of salt. The small snack is sweetened with agave syrup. For me the perfect little snack for in between and especially when the body urgently needs new power. Absolute recommendation.

Product: Vee Collective Porter Small in the color Moss
Price: 219 euros
Application: I use it as an everyday bag. Since I have a small dog, I put everything we need on trips in there: water, a second leash, treats, his food and a lot more. But I’ve also heard from many people that it’s used as a diaper bag – but if you have more than one child, the larger version is the best choice.
Result: This very simple quilted bag is definitely an everyday hero for me. It is made from 100 percent recycled material, is water-repellent and has well-stocked inner pockets. The Porter comes with a shoulder strap that is very wide and therefore comfortable to wear. The best thing about the bag: It is incredibly light and super soft due to the quilted finish – the wearing comfort is impeccable. I now use it every day and always pack the right utensils that we need. Despite its “small” size, the Porter is quite a space saver. Example visit to the dog beach: In the bag were my wallet, mobile phone, a small bag for emergencies, sunglasses in a case, my dog’s food plus food and water bowl, his small bathrobe, an 850 ml water bottle, a tin of bread for me and my book. I didn’t have to plug, something else would have fit in there.

Product: Matcha Kit Moon Cup from Health Bar Berlin

Application: The set offers everything you need for the perfect matcha. On the powder you will find instructions that explain exactly how much Matcha you need to prepare. Half a teaspoon of matcha powder with a little water in the hand-made Moon Cup mix, stir diligently and add milk or milk alternative as desired. Finished!
Result: As a matcha beginner, I had great respect for mixing my own matcha latte. But you simply can’t go wrong with the matcha set. The small matcha whisk mixes the powder perfectly and leaves no lumps. The powder immediately catches the eye with its intense color, which stands for the high quality of the organic product. Since I don’t drink coffee, I’m overjoyed to have found a great alternative.
