Prodware: 5% organic growth in 2023


(Boursier.com) — During the session, the action Prodware gained 1.7% to 8.9 euros. The group published dynamic turnover, driven by the integration of acquisitions made in 2023.

Thus, over this year, Prodware achieved a turnover of 380.6 million euros (188.3 ME in 2022), a sharp increase of +102.1% in published data. Restated for the contribution of the Westpole, Protinus & Nut Consulting acquisitions, which occurred during the financial year, growth on a like-for-like basis stood at +5.1%, demonstrating the resilience of Prodware’s business model in a globally gloomy in Europe.

Thanks in particular to its recent tactical acquisitions, Prodware adds to its historic positions on the SMB and SMC markets a good presence with Major Clients in the Private and Public sector. The group’s portfolio is also expanding with the areas of ‘Managed Sourcing and IT Infrastructure Optimization’ which are particularly important for clients looking for ever greater agility and expertise.

The Integration/Services activity amounts to 72 ME, representing growth of 2.1% and a weight of 18.9% in total turnover. Revenue in SaaS mode, excluding the part of associated services, shows 55.9 ME, a more sustained increase of 7.8%. Prodware continues its efforts to encourage the recurrence of its revenues, in order to increase its margins and better anticipate its investment needs.

Outlook

Prodware will continue its 2024-2026 strategic plan by favoring the ‘one brand, one market’ approach and develop the main businesses of digital transformation in an expert partner approach sought by the market.

The group will pay particular attention to controlling its costs by relying on better absorption of its fixed costs thanks to its new size close to 700 ME on the basis of 2023 proforma turnover, i.e. say Including the 3 acquisitions of 2023, as if integrated into the scope of the group on January 1, 2023.
