(Boursier.com) — Software acquires Westpole Belux to strengthen its presence in Europe.
Present in 4 countries -Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Italy-, Westpole Belux has more than 40 years of expertise in information technology: outsourced services, business process management, cloud computing and cybersecurity solutions. Westpole Belux notably manages the Strategic Information Systems of government institutions in Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy, as well as those of the European Union. Very present with major industrial accounts, the Group is also very well established in the public and banking markets. Westpole Belux has approximately 400 employees and generates just over 40 million euros in turnover.
This merger, which is fully in line with Prodware’s growth strategy, presents first-rate synergies:
– Reinforcement of existing positions and geographic extension (Italy),
– Enrichment of the portfolio (particularly on the subjects of security, Cloud and Compliance on which Westpole Belux has recognized expertise),
– Positioning in new sectors such as public markets and banking.
