Prodways Group announces that the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) approved its 2023 Universal Registration Document containing the annual financial report on April 23, 2024.
It is made available to the public under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force and can also be consulted or downloaded in French, and in English in the coming days, in the Finance area, “Financial information” section of the website of Prodways Group (www.prodways-group.com). The Universal Registration Document is also available on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
The 2023 Universal Registration Document contains in particular:
the annual financial report, consisting of the consolidated accounts, the annual accounts, the management report and the related reports of the Statutory Auditors;
the special report of the Statutory Auditors on regulated agreements and commitments;
the report of the Board of Directors on corporate governance;
information relating to the fees of the Statutory Auditors;
the management report including the Declaration of extra-financial performance;
the information required under the description of the share buyback program;
the draft resolutions presented to the General Meeting of June 18, 2024 as well as the report of the Board of Directors on these resolutions
