(CercleFinance.com) – The Gorgé family group told the AMF that it exceeded the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% of the capital and voting rights of Prodways Group on December 22 and hold 28.27% of the capital and 29.52% of the voting rights of this company specializing in industrial 3D printing.
This crossing of thresholds results from the distribution by Groupe Gorgé of Prodways shares it held for the benefit of its shareholders, including Pélican Venture, as well as Raphaël Gorgé and Jean-Pierre Gorgé.
The Gorgé family group declares that it does not plan to continue its share purchases or to acquire control of Prodways. Raphaël Gorgé will leave the general management of Prodways no later than mid-March 2022 but will retain his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
