Project L: The League of Legends fighting game reveals some gameplay images in 2 vs 2

Thanks to the success of the series Arcane on Netflix, Riot Games can more than ever count on the aura of its license League of Legends to sell new, very different games. One of the MOBA spin-offs currently in the works is Project L, which recently confirmed that it will be available free-to-play upon release. The title is once again highlighted today with the publication of a new developer diary, which takes stock of the basics of the gameplay.

Very dynamic 2 vs 2

Tom Cannonexecutive producer of the game, and Shaun Riveradirector of this Project L, come back in video on the particularities of this title and its gameplay. The character featured in the last video, Illaoiis at the heart of these new images, with an unprecedented arena for the occasion.

The title emphasizes the great mobility of its fighters, but also the fact that the clashes will be in 2 vs 2. Launching attacks with your character in reserve will be possible, as will chaining combos with your two characters on the screen at the same time. We can even escape an opposing combo by calling for help from our character in reserve, but his intervention can also be countered.

Project L still doesn’t have a release date, and a priori, we shouldn’t wait for it for the next few months, even if the team warns us that more information will be shared in 2023.
