This provisional suspension comes in the context of the agreement concluded by the Company with its main partners having the effect of securing the financing necessary to enable it to deploy its strategic plan over the period 2023-2024 and announced on December 27, 2022, which includes , in particular, a capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription rights maintained.
