PSG boss surrounded by criminal proceedings and complaints

The Qatari boss of Paris Saint-Germain and the BeIN Media group, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, known as “NAK”, is about to collapse under criminal proceedings and complaints in France. According to our information, the former confidant of NAK, the Moroccan Hicham Karmoussi, filed a complaint on June 28 with the Paris prosecutor’s office for “complicity in attempted kidnapping”, “attempted kidnapping”, ” complicity in extortion and extortion”, “criminal association”, “bribery of witness”, “bribery of a public official”, “invasion of privacy”, “breach of automated data processing” and “breach of secrecy correspondences”.

If this complaint was filed against X, it clearly targets Mr. Al-Khelaïfi and his close guard. In March, Mr. Karmoussi had already filed a complaint against X for acts of “concealed work”, “employment of a foreigner without a work permit”, “moral harassment”, “psychological violence”, of “threats” and “working conditions contrary to human dignity”.

The plaintiff denounced at the time NAK’s refusal to have him sign an employment contract from 2011 to December 2018, when he had a Schengen short-stay visa, as well as the supposed injunctions of his boss, in 2017 , of ” to clean “ his Parisian apartment “in order to conceal” to justice “possible evidence of violations”.

Controversial MoU

A former professional tennis player who for more than a decade became the personal assistant or even the “butler” of NAK, as described by the investigators responsible for investigating the barbouzeries around PSG and its president, Mr. Karmoussi denounces, in his new complaint, the conditions under which he signed, on July 10, 2020, a memorandum of understanding aimed at enabling the release of the Franco-Algerian lobbyist and business man Tayeb Benabderrahmane.

The latter was arrested in January 2020, then detained and placed under house arrest in Qatar until November 2020. In the summer of 2020, both Mr. Benabderrahmane and Mr. Karmoussi initialed this controversial memorandum of understanding, committing to hand over digital media and USB keys containing potentially compromising data on NAK and the awarding of the 2022 World Cup to Qatar. Sensitive elements that Mr. Karmoussi had transmitted, in August 2018, to the lobbyist after the boss of PSG entrusted his phone to his personal assistant.
