This Tuesday, the highly anticipated semi-final second leg of the Champions League between Paris-Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund takes place at the Parc des Princes. Beaten 0-1 in the first leg, the Parisians will have to win with a two-goal margin to get their ticket to the final. The fans are especially impatient to see their team play this match at home.

After their semi-final first leg lost in Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain will meet again this Tuesday in their lair. This is the first time that PSG will play in the semi-final of the Champions League in front of its home crowd for 29 years. The wait is therefore enormous. Christophe, who runs a bar near the Parc des Princes, is impatient. “Everyone is hot potato. I think all Paris supporters are expecting a great feat from Paris,” he assures. “1-0 is not insurmountable. We can do it.”

The supporters are confident like Anatole who is counting a lot on PSG star Kylian Mbappé. “I’m of Cameroonian origin like Kylian. He’s the boss, he’s the star, he’s an artist who will help PSG qualify.”

“Capture the content of the event”

One thing is certain, we will have to play better than in the first leg, but Paris is capable of it, assures Adrien. “I hope that the Parisian players will grasp the content of the event and play three times harder than in the first leg.” His prediction: “a qualification for Paris in overtime on a lightning goal from Mbappé.”

To try to reach the final which will be played at Wembley on June 1, PSG will be able to count on its 12th man. The Ultra Paris Collective in fact assures that its support will be unfailing, “the Parc des Princes will be a volcano and will terrify our adversary”, assures its members.
