PSG Handball wins its 11th French championship title

PSG Handball won its eleventh French championship title this Friday. During the last Starligue day, the Ile-de-France club won at home against Pays d’Aix in a very offensive match (39-36). For Nikola Karabatic’s last with the Parisian team, Raul Gonzalez Gutierrez’s men were able to respond to the southern aggressiveness. Especially since PSG was threatened. In the event of a Parisian defeat, Nantes could have taken first place in the championship at the last moment. The HBC indeed won in its home arena against USAM Nîmes with a score of 36 to 32. Not enough to counter the domination of Paris.
